Patron - Dog Finds Bombs In Ukraine
This 2 year old pooch has been credited with locating approximately 90 explosive devices to date in Ukraine since the start of the war launched by Russia. This small Jack Russell Terrier is serving his country and the military by sniffing out undetonated bombs in Chernihiv, Ukraine. Patron has been trained to stop and bark whenever explosives are detected.
The Jack Russell breed of terrier was developed about 200 years ago in England for hunting foxes. This breed of dog could be suitable for the veteran who has an active lifestyle. These dogs do however need consistent training, love, attention and exercise. They do well in small spaces such as apartments or mobile homes. They are kid friendly and do well with other dogs. They’re also intelligent and easy to train.
